Saturday 16 January ** BOA Event ** 2.30pm. St Andrew's URC, London Road, Reading. Social afternoon, including a talk by Christopher Burrows on J.S.Bach's organ works with recorded illustrations, followed by tea. Hear about Bach the Mathematician, Bach the Painter and Bach the Mystic. Contributions towards the tea in kind would be very welcome. Bach’s Passacaglia in C minor, BWV 582 and 2:00pm—5:00pm at St. Mary’s Shaw-cum-Donnington—NDOA AGM preceded by ‘Steve-on-Shaw-footing’, NDOA member Steve Bowey demonstrates the organ, followed by an opportunity to try the instrument and refreshments.
