The next NDOA Lunchtime Organ Recital will be at St. Nicolas, Newbury on Thursday 13th February 2020 at 1.10pm given by NDOA member, Gillian Blythman. Her programme will include works by J.S. Bach, Guilmant, Mendelssohn and John Williams.
As per the last NDOA & BOA Events update the NDOA Annual Lunch will be on Saturday 15th February 2020 at The Bowler’s Arms, Enborne Street, Newbury. RG14 6TW, 12 noon for 12.30pm. This is the final social event that Ann Turner will organise and we are most grateful to her for her assistance in running NDOA activities with such dedication. Please return your menu choices to Ann by Saturday 8th February. Let me know if you would like me to send you another copy.
Again a reminder that the NDOA AGM will be held on Saturday 22nd February 2020 at Newbury Methodist Church, 56 Northbrook Street, Newbury. RG14 1AN. The formal notice and documents from the 2019 AGM will be sent out shortly.

3.30pm – Talk by the Shepherd brothers, John and Eric, of B.C. Shepherd & Sons, who rebuilt the organ in 2014.
4.15pm – Members playing opportunity and tea/cake

Visit to Cirencester. Holy Trinity, Watermoor (11am) which has a 3-manual Bishop organ, and St. John's, Market Square (2pm), where the organ is a 4-manual Harrison and Harrison. Please notify the Programme Secretary (Christine Wells, 01491 571588) no later than Monday 3 February if you wish to attend.
