The 2019 NDOA AGM will be held on Saturday 23rd February 2019 at 2.30pm at St. Matthew’s Church, Church Hill, Midgham. RG7 5UW.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
12 noon – Final Group Session of the NDOA 2018 Bursary Scheme for all participants.
1pm – Practice time for selected participants. Please bring your own packed lunch.
2pm – Performance by selected participants to NDOA members - arrive in good time for this.
2.30pm – AGM
3.30pm – NDOA members playing opportunity with tea and cake.
Priority will be given to anyone who has not played this instrument before.
4.00pm – Question and answer session with Sebastian Meakin of J.W. Walker & Sons, Pipe Organ Builders, who restored this instrument.
Please also find documents attached. The 2018 Treasurer’s Report will be available on the day. Please bring these documents with you to help cut costs. If you would like Rosemary to print copies please let her know and she will bring them for you on the day.
